Russia Vs Lebanon

Lets begin with my hometown Lebanon the country of Shawarma and bad roads. The country Lebanon even though many cultures have passed through it yet it only was able to obtain its own independence on  1943. A few cultures that have passed through the lands of the country Lebanon are: The Phoenicians The Babylonians The Persians The Macedonians The Romans The Ottomans Lebanon was a very promising country in its early days. It was named the lighthouse of the Arabs. however, internal conflicts caused the country to face a struggle that lasted years in a form of a civil war that regressed the country Lebanon in ways another country would crumble if faced, yet Lebanon as a country that also has the nickname of Phoenix has risen up from the grave and returned in shocking the world by his outstanding contribution to many global movements. I chose to talk about the differences and similarities between the Turkish culture and the Lebanese one. The Turkish and Lebanese culture are very similar. The similarities are that many Lebanese foods originated from Turkey such as Turkish coffee, Shisha and other foods. Also, there are similar words in both languages, and religion. Turkish people look a lot like lebanese people too. Also, both cultures are very close to their families. The differences are not many. They both have a totally different language and different music. Recommendation: I think that cultures are very important and more people should follow them because they help families keep their values.

Similarities and differences between the Lebanese and Canadian

I have lived in Canada and Lebanon for numerous years and as such, I've noticed numerous similarities as well as differences between both cultures. For instance,  in Canada, teenage independence is much higher than in Lebanon. As a teenager of 16 years of age, you're relied upon to get a job and not depend on your parents, while in Lebanon, teenagers cannot get a job until they reach 18years of age and are expected to stay with their parents until they get married. In addition, Canada is a much more organised country with a much better organised system. Lebanon, on the other hand, somehow manages to stay afloat in corruption and chaos. Last but not least, the Canadian culture is much more open to acceptance of people of different cultures, nationality and religion. The Lebanese culture however, needs to take great strides to accept others of different religion and nationality as they takes these aspects of oneself way too personal. However, even with many differences, t...

When Wurst Meets Taboule... Finding Intimate Similarities.

http://pamel ageller.com/2016/03/german -cafes-stop- selling-pork-sausages- to-spare-muslim -the-feelings-of-muslim-refugees.html/ The Lebanese and German culture might look completely different. However, the similarities between the two are highly ubiquitous yet subtle. The typical Lebanese quintessential would be a generous citizen who wakes up before sunset just to have a sip of café Najjar. He/she is a humorous individual who likes to blame the government for all his/her problems including acne. Most of us are gamely people who communicate through humor. Our majority respects each other's religions and beliefs despite living in a sectarian w...
